The Striated is an ongoing survey of vernacular architecture, landscapes, biological remnants, and structural decay. It examines how Western regional mythology collides with development-driven land use patterns by mapping the tension between a once fluid landscape and rigid human boundaries through the lens of Gilles Deleuze’s The Smooth and the Striated.
