The Striated is an ongoing survey of vernacular architecture, landscapes, biological remnants, and structural decay. It examines how Western regional mythology collides with changing land use patterns and maps the tension between a once fluid landscape and rigid human boundaries through the lens of Gilles Deleuze’s The Smooth and the Striated.
